The Everything Wedding Bridal Show

When I arrived at the Adamson House at 8 a.m for the Everything Wedding Bridal Show on Oct. 16th, the organized chaos began within seconds. Armine, who gives off an Anna Wintour/Ari Gold vibe was trying to get the models and dresses together, the photographers were finding good backgrounds and the DJs were getting their music together. Once everyone was settled, the hair and make-up process began. The models, including myself, sat in a chair while two women toyed with our hair and face until they met R-mine standards. Then the photography began. The couture and high fashion style of R-mine’s designs were very evident while being photographed for half an hour. When every model was photographed by Armen Asadorian, we were moved to a set with a Marie Antoinette-French Countryside theme. The set was designed by R-mine’s own Holly Ohanessian and amazing upcoming director Armen Khechoomian. We sat or stood for hours while people came to look at the dresses. At first glance you saw colorful and lively Armine and her staff immediately going to work. The gorgeous scenery was causing everyone to go into a bit of a dreamy-state. The cold, dark morning, which soon turned into a warm, summery day was the perfect weather for Marie Antoinette-esqe show. There were several different booths set up, from traveling agencies for honeymoons to catering services. The most buzzed about set was R-mine's, to no surprise. As the models were getting dolled up, people who were walking by the beach murmured "How beautiful," "How gorgeous are these dresses?." The dresses had the power to make heads turn. The colors, such as an over a decade year old red dress, wowed the to-be brides. As most wedding dresses are white, R-mine is full of color!

Each one of R-mine’s dresses can be personalized to fit the style and character of each bride. Armine clearly demonstrated that fashion isn’t just in the clothes, it’s in the person who created the designs and the person who wears it. R-mine’s collection is unique, elegant, eccentric, and modern, yet timeless and classic.

As the models were getting dolled up for the Everything Wedding Bridal Show, Armen Asadorian, an amazing photographer & friend, took the time to capture timeless yet natural shots at the Adamson House in Malibu. Each models individuality and character was portrayed with the look that was given for the country inspired theme. WOW - YWD Magazine Release Party

Can you say "WOW"? Last nights release party was definitely over the top with talented vendors all around. We shot a few pictures of our own, but can't wait to see what Marianne Lozano's photography crew captured all throughout the night! We displayed 3 gowns, 2 of them being from our color collection. Let them eat cake from Costa Mesa, had the most delicious cakes & Shawna Yamamoto Event Design completed the look of the gorgeous venue that overlooked a breath taking view! Big thanks to everyone else who made it happen, and of course without YWD & Tiger Oak, we wouldn't have had a night to remember!

Hollywood, CA – The Wow Event celebrating the release of Your Wedding Day California Magazine on Wednesday, October 12, from 6:30 p.m. – 10:30 p.m. will be held at a private residence overlooking the sunset strip.  R-mine will be displaying her custom gowns in honor of being the cover bridal gown designer for the Fall|Winter 2011 Issue.

Malibu, CA – R-mine will start the fall season off showcasing the hottest fashions & collaborating with star-studded vendors. Sarah Z Events will be hosting “The Everything Wedding Bridal Show” at the Adamson House in Malibu from 11:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. With the ocean view like no other, R-mine will be displaying her couture line in a one of a kind presentable manner.

Pasadena, CA – R-mine will be participating in the “I do! Event”, hosted by Christine Zohrabians from Fancy That! 
This year’s chic & edgy collection has brought us inspiration and motivation to prepare a booth that will truly be the show stopper of the event. With preparation like no other, new designs, and couture fashion, who wouldn’t stop for a fashionable treat!

Molly Sims in Marchesa!

Model, Molly Sims, tied the knot this past weekend in Napa Valley wearing the "Isadora" lace gown by Marchesa's Spring 2012 collection! Our absolute favorite about the wedding were the bridesmaids dresses.  Finally, someone did something out of the ordinary, and got a little creative!

Armine Sexenian Ohanessian, the owner and designer of R-mine had the honor of being interviewed for the one and only Yerevan Magazine.  In case you haven't picked up your copy, be sure to stop by R-mine to see the creations in person and we will make sure you leave with your own issue.
